We are a charity that supports carers - those amazing people who dedicate their lives to supporting others. Our services are diverse and far ranging but what we do and how we do it is determined by the individual. Some people stop by for information, others to meet friends in our café whilst others come to us for help in addressing specific issues in their lives. Whatever the reason, we are here to help and our dedicated Carer support team are on hand whenever they are needed.
Supporting carers is at the absolute heart of what we do - after all, we are The Greenwich Carers Centre, but we do so much more too. We hold some truly excellent live music events for carers and those they support, we offer countryside breaks, social and activity groups, learning and development programmes and of course, a place to come and a place to be. Our building is a beautiful Grade 1 listed Jacobean stable block adjacent to Charlton House in London Se7. The environment we have created is a real home from home for carers and those they support. We have a licensed café, chill out spaces and a beautiful walled garden to come and relax in. We are about providing much-needed support, but we are also about community, friendship and bringing people together. Come and visit us, you are most, entirely welcome.
